Refund policy
To cancel your booking you can contact us at adl.partypeople@gmail.com. We offer cancellation up until two weeks prior to the event date - we know life happens and plans change! We are here to make it as easy as possible for you.
Damages and Cleaning Fee
Any damages to our items hired to you will be charged to you via invoice to the price to replace the item in full cost. This includes damages caused by weather, animals/pets, people (your guests), transportation by you.
Please ensure the items are returned in original cleaning condition of when delivered. We have the right to invoice a cleaning fee of products, starting from $150.
